Email support@readowl.app. Include your iPhone model, iOS version and Burrow app version when relevant. Please do not send payment-card details or passwords.
Purchases
Open Burrow, go to You → Burrow Premium, then use Restore Purchases. Subscriptions can be managed in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Your library
Burrow stores your library locally. A failed purchase or expired subscription does not delete your books or reading records.
